Welcome to the best two years

Throughout the MBA, your pre-f(x) friends will be your people: your late night study partners, your c-f(x) companions, and your lifelong friends.

This trip is our way of giving you the warmest possible welcome into the Sloan community. Before classes, problem sets, and recruiting season take over, we want you to arrive in Mexico City, let go, and just be present with the incredible humans you're about to spend the next two years with.

The bonds you build over mezcal, mariachi, and maybe a little lucha libre are the ones that will carry you through everything Sloan throws your way. We can't wait to do this with you!!

CDMX Local · Foodie · Traveler

Mexico City girly, foodie, and passionate traveler. My perfect day: brunch at a cute café, window shopping, a sweet treat and daytime drinking. I'm currently working on my patience (aka I started ceramics), joined Follies, The Yarn, FinTech Club, SWIM, and of course the Latin Mafia!!

Study Room Expert · Climate & Energy

Designated person most likely to find a study room in E62! I grew up in Atlanta, but was living in Cambridge prior to Sloan. I'm part of Sloan Senate and involved in various climate and energy initiatives. I'm a big fan of music (consistently Spotify's top listeners worldwide 😮‍💨), food, chilling with friends, reading, traveling, dancing, and apparently speaking Spanish when drunk.

Core Mentor · Climate Girly · Dog Mom

Proud Baltic! I grew up in New Jersey and lived in Cambridge for five years before Sloan (ask me for recs). Core Mentor, DMD TA for the Baltics, Baltic CBC (shoutout Chicken Chase), and a climate girly with Zara. I love skiing, pottery, tennis, and hosting friends, and most of my time and money currently go to my giant dog, Tank, but we love him lots.

Army Vet · Sommelier in Training

Army vet with a love for travel, wine (currently pursuing my Certified Sommelier designation), and calligraphy. I grew up between Hong Kong, Seoul, and New York, and pay homage to my Asian roots by convincing friends to make late-night trips to KBBQ in Allston or Yume Ga Arukara in Porter Square.

Design Club Co-President · Core Mentor

Proud Baltic Petrel, Co-President of the Design Club, Core Mentor (see you all at orientation!), and one of the Chicken Chase chickens alongside Julia. I love dark chocolate, dogs, art, failed book clubs, and running, although sometimes I also hate running. Originally from New York but have also lived in Baltimore, Chicago, and now Boston. This summer I'll be practicing my Spanish by rewatching sitcoms before we take on CDMX.
